Alkali-Resisting refractory brick is made of the silica, chamotte as raw material, adding certain amount of additive agent to change the microscopic structure of the products. When using, it will be react with the alkaline oxide, then formed one kind of the high viscosity glass phase, then covered on the surface of the brick, then block the furnace porosity to prevent the alkaline slag from seeped into, then cause the alkali and erosion -resisting purpose. High Strength alkaline brick is produced by adding the additive agent based on the common brick, to increase the cold compressing strength of the brick.
Usually used in the preheater, decomposition zone and 3-stage air pipe of the cement rotary kiln.
