Feature:
Low porosity, R.U.L@0.2MPa and Ta temperature is usually higher than 1700℃.strong alkaline slag resistance, lower thermal shock stability.
It is also called High Calcium Magnesia refractory brick, periclase phase as main phase, C3S phase as 2nd phase, magnesia refractory brick. The MgO content is between 80-87%, CaO/SiO2 rate between 2.2-3.0.
Widely used in AOD, VOD, LF etc. Furnaces refining equipment, and got excellent working effect. Also used in wind eye zone of the the steel-making side blowing converter,roof of open hearth, oxygen converter, etc.With the production capacity of stainless steel and various clean steel increasing continuous, the demand amount of the magnesia calcium refractory brick will be raising accordingly.
